Privacy

Updated September 11, 2026

This notice explains how Valley Well Help handles information from visitors and people requesting help. Rocco Seyboth manages requests and privacy questions at roccoseyboth@gmail.com or (562) 331-3738.

Information you provide

When you request help, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, telephone number, email address, town, and description of the well problem. We also receive information you choose to provide during follow-up, including equipment details or photos. Please avoid sending payment-card details, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information through the website.

How we use and share requests

We use your information to respond, ask follow-up questions, arrange contact with an expert, and keep track of your request. To help with your service inquiry, we may share your contact details, problem description, and relevant photos with an expert or service business. That business may contact you to discuss the issue, a quote, or an appointment. Its handling of information is also subject to its own privacy practices.

Submitting a service request does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter.

Website and email services

Squarespace hosts this website and processes form submissions. Requests are also delivered to our Gmail inbox when email notifications are enabled. These providers process information to supply their services.

Squarespace uses cookies and collects visitor information for website operation and analytics, such as activity on the site and traffic sources. Forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. Read more about the cookies Squarespace uses. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking some cookies may affect website features.

Your questions and choices

Contact Rocco if you want to correct your request, stop further follow-up, or ask us to delete information you provided. We may need to verify the request and retain records needed for an unresolved matter or a legal obligation. If information has already been shared with a service business, you may also need to contact that business about its records.

We will update this page when our handling of requests or the tools used by this site changes.

Request tracking

We use GoHighLevel to organize service requests and track website activity. Its tracking script records page views and supported form submissions, including the contact details and problem description you provide, the page used, and available referral or campaign information. This helps us follow up and understand where inquiries come from. Squarespace email notifications remain part of our intake process.
